Covenant Information Empowerment Services Inc. (CIES) is delighted to invite you to the virtual launch event of the Black African Newcomer Youth Resource Guide, a project funded through the Supporting Black Canadian Communities Initiative (SBCCI) by Tropicana Community Services and the Government of Canada.
The guide is the result of collaborative efforts that features:
- A Needs Assessment Survey Results, highlighting key challenges and opportunities for Black African newcomer youth.
- A Directory of Community Organizations across Winnipeg, Halifax, and Toronto that provide essential services and support to Black African newcomer youth in the areas of health, education, employment, literacy, etc.
